After 3 years with the same service provider, we've moved to InMotion Hosting. Frankly its a better value, but that's not why we changed. The first clue of problems was people asking why we didn't respond to their email, and then checking up we found come people were not getting email we sent, and we weren't receiving mail sent to us. Further checking revealed that updates we made were somehow getting lost, and others were on line for a while and then reverted back to the old pages. This apparently went on for 3 or 4 MONTHS. More checking revealed that our old hosting provider was allowing a lot of spam to be sent through their servers; we reported this problem three times in 5 weeks, and when it happened the fourth time, we went shopping.

Finally with InMotion, everything seems to be working.
